Pickled Banana Peppers and Onions

I picked banana peppers from the garden. It wasn't much since it was the first harvest and it's still pretty early here for peppers. It was enough to slice and mix with onion for a nice condement though. I love pickled banana peppers as will as pickled onions.

Ingredients:
Sliced banana peppers
Sliced onions
Garlic cloves
Fresh parsley
Fresh dill
Fresh basil
Celery seed
Peppercorns
Canning salt
White vinegar
Apple cider vinegar
Water

Utensils:
Canning jar, lid and ring
Canning tongs and funnel (not necessary but make it easier)
Canner (I'm using a pressure canner, but a water bath canner would work for this pickled recipe as well)
