Just a rosecomb. You should see the Wyandotte roosters rosecomb, now that's big. It's ugly in a pretty way.

Everytime I look at her comb my gag reflex kicks in.

For new chickens it affects them at 1 to 1 1/2 years of age, but generally the end of summer.
