I still haven't gotten the results back from my tests. Hopefully, that will happen Monday.

I have become almost vegetarian. By almost, I mean that every now and then I splurge on a bacon cheeseburger.

For the most part, I am being careful with what I eat and trying to be more healthy.

hope everything comes out ok, i would try to send healing energy but at this point I think all I got are good thoughts

I know how hard it is to worry and wonder about test results. Over a six month period I lost half my body weight (I'm only half the man I used to be!

) and doctors couldn't figure out why. They kept testing for AIDS even though I knew I was clean. Finally diagnosed me (incorrectly) as having Crohns disease, but turns out i'm simply gluten intolerant. pff. simply. you know how hard it is to find gluten free foods? or more importantly, gluten free comfort foods? But, I know everything will work out ok, and even though we have never met (or have we? are you another one of my sisters?) I am rooting for you!

mmmm bacon cheeseburger.

I am doing so/so ebwy. Lots of stuff seems to be piling up on me, and I am afraid of landing in the hospital again. I am trying to get through it one day at a time. Working on finding time/space to make art again. It always soothes the savage beast.

Deb, thinking good thoughts for you, and anyone else who might need it. We are a good group here, we can lean on each other when we need to.

I am glad that they figured out what was wrong with you. In Barnes and Nobles, I saw some cookbooks for eating gluten free foods.

I wouldn't mind finding another brother. My own brother has the most screwed up personal life that I know of. Oddly enough, professionally he is doing great. He even owns his own practice but his marriage and life are full of crazy drama. A younger brother that I didn't have to worry about would be great. LOL Ah well, he treats my kids for free.

He was in a motorcycle wreck and is going to have surgery on his leg.

Sore and stiff, but slogging thru. It's hard to be sad when a kitty loves you, so i'm getting thru, a bit slow, but still moving.

that bacon cheeseburger sounds prety good right now!

one day at a time is the easiest way to get through, Amanda. my mantra is "it's only temporary!"

i know what you mean about having a kitty that loves you. i have been feeling lousy all weekend. between lack of sleep the past week, allergies, and feeling like i have been running a week long marathon, i took today off from work to 'catch up' on things, only to sleep most of the day away on the couch. my 16 year old kitty has been crawling onto my lap which is an unusual thing for her to do but she has been doing it quite often the last few months when i have been feeling lousy. i love being surrounded by my animals! i just wish i could take them to work with me everyday!

Hm, but if we all started hauling a favorite animal around with us everywhere, people would start saying that we all have familiars and must really be witches, and then would come the pitchforks...
