Well tonight was the night coco passed. The swelling on his face burst and he was leaking brain fluid. He was already convusling when we made it to the emergancy vet. He went purring in my hands.

I'm at a loss, I hate the idea of going to bed without him at my feet.

i wish they would, i rescued a stray cat from a truck stop that went up with the tipper tho

hes no worse for the wear and now has a great country home instead of a stinky truck stop

My dog Buster is ten years old and I worry that soon we will have to put him to sleep. The vet says that we have some time yet, so we are enjoying him as long as we can.

Losing a familiar is always hard. But when you hear that pur or meow you know they are always with you. I think you know the one I am talking about, the one on the wind that makes you look up and around.

I found a pagan store in our local flea market. Hooray.

There has been some knockings and strange smells in my house. When my neighbor is over for a few mornings then I have a few days of increased activity. We lived in the house for a few years and this activity only started lately. I do not blame my neighbor, but I do think that maybe spirits are attracted to her. She and her mom have always had odd things happening to them.


Anyway, I found a bundle of sage in the local flea market and brought it home. When I showed my kids they asked me not to get rid of the spirit. um....okay. LOL

So is there a ritual to get rid of a bad spirit but keep a good one? I was thinking of doing a house cleansing ritual but my children(ages 11-17) like our spirit.

My 17 year old son, Chris, said that at night sometimes it felt like someone was tightening the blankets all around his body. So, I told him to ask the spirit to please stop. He did and says that now he just smells someone smoking a cigarettes. We have all experienced the smell.

Strangely, one day my neighbor asked me if I was experiencing any odd odors. I told her that we had all smelled cigarettes smoking. She was having the same experience.


What is strange is that our houses are all pretty new and that the land that we are on used to be a farmer's field so there is no real history with this area.
