Offspring's wings recently trimmed. Mom's and Dad's wings are trimmed, but beginning to grow out. These birds are not caged, but would due well in a large backyard aviary. Another option is to keep the wings trimmed and allow them to live their lives on a tree branch in your home.

What we commonly call pigeons (like the ones that live in NYC, for example) are actually rock doves. So, yes, I would think they could interbreed.

Brand new chicken coop and four hens that are three months old. Three dominiques and one delaware hen. I also have the feeders and some food. The chickens are great and gentle but our young boys don't know how to be gentle.
