URGENT: missing alligator. (york)

Very urgent. My 5 foot alligator escaped his aquarium. He could be near a body of water or sunbathing. His name is Henry. If you see him, please approach him slowly with caution and be sure not to startle him and everyrhing will be fine. He is very lovable so please don't harm him. He is great with dogs but hates cats and is very protective of children so if you find your kids playing with him, please do not approach him untill he comes to you. If you see him or have any clue where he might be, please text 717-***-****. Text only please.

Coincidentally ~ an alligator was found a week ago in this same County. Perhaps the same one and the owner didn't realize it was missing for a while? Alligators are not very common in Pennsylvania!

HANOVER, Pa. (WHTM) -
A three-foot alligator was found behind a York County home Sunday morning, Penn Township Police Chief Jim Laughlin has confirmed.
He said officers were called to the home Sunday morning and decided to try to catch the reptile themselves since there were children in the area.
Officer John Carbaugh lassoed the alligator with a noose and, once they got it under control, were able to duck tape the jaws shut.
In an email, Lauglin said, "Carbaugh is ok holding it now, but he sure didn't want to be the one to pick it up before its mouth was taped shut."
The alligator is now being cared for by a local rescue organization. Laughlin said they believe the alligator may have been a pet that was set loose by its owners after it go too big.

Not only is this rooster the very rare 'Long Island' Red breed, but he was born, not hatched. And he's free!

Free for local-pickup, or you pay the shipping. Kitchen trash bag, white, containing three dead raccoons. I know that technically the plural form of raccoon is just raccoon, but let's not get all uppity. These are quality raccoons that were alive last night, before they chose to infiltrate my cat-door and go berserker in my house.

These coons would be good in a soup, or would make three child-sized Daniel Boone style hats... I suppose with the right kind of sorcery you could reanimate them for pets or whatnot.

Reptiles are very personable, and sad to see that someone could simply say they're good for boots, belts and handbags only. Like saying your chickens are only good for the dinner plate :( even if joking, still sad.

Best CL reply I have had (so far) I recently posted an add for 12 bunnies, weaned, with a detailed listing of the breeds, how my rabbits are raised and socialized with my kids (even though they are not oets for us, someone else may want them as pets). Guy calls me today and says he wants 2 trios of Newzealand Whites. These were not on my list. I politely informed him that I did not have NZs available at this time, but would have in about 4 weeks, as my NZ doe dropped about 10 days ago. He became irate, stsating that my add said I had rabbits for meat or pets and the only meat rabbits are NZ Whites. At this point, I was torn between laughing at him and bleesing him out. I told him mine are mixed rabbits because I gt a higher mear ratio by crossing my san juans to rexes and that way I can use the pelts as well. He totally flipped! He could not understand that I would use the fur as well as the meat and (very irately) informed me that I was going to "HAY-ELL" for using animal fur for anything. At this point I completely lost it and laughed 'til I was in tears and contimued laughing after he hung up. What the heck is the difference if I'm going to eat the rabbit, why shouldn't I use the whole animal????
