What does "free to hunt" mean? I get room to run but HUNT?

Also they're both not fixed... it kinda screams irresponsible, like they just want them to live outside and run around hunting and breeding lol maybe I'm wrong but idk

Guarantee this guy is 100 percent NOT wolf.... first of all, he came from a shelter so where did they get the wolf part? Cause he kinda sorta maybe looks like one (not at all)??? Cause there's no way the shelter knew he was wolf. They usually kill wolf dogs. They have to legally I think. So they just made that number up? Second, real wolf dog breeders never use percentages. They use content (low mid high) or the f thing like f1 etc. And third he also doesn't look like a wolf except MAYBE a little longer face. Now, of course, not every wolf dog looks wolf at all. Some do just look pure dog. But he came from a shelter so it seems highly highly unlikely he has any wolf content at all. I guess it could be possible though. The only way to be sure I suppose would be a DNA test. But misrepresentation kills. There's been plenty of 100% dogs (whiskies, shepherds, maladies, etc.) Killed or taken away because they are "wolves." That's also why I HATE that Instagram trend of tagging huskies as wolves and wolf dogs, "little wolf", wolf pup, etc. etc. In addition to the husky tags to get more views, likes, followers, whatever. YOUR DOG IS NOT A WOLF AND YOU ARE POTENTIALLY KILLING INNOCENT DOGS. STOP.
Sorry for my rant hahaha
What do YOU think? Wolf or nah?
