I got mine a few days ago...And you know what I did? I ordered chicks the same day!!

This is my first year ordering from McMurray though...I wanted bantams and standards, but didnt want 30 of both! Murray lets you mix...I wish I knew that the last 2 years I ordered!! And you get a free chick

I got the catalog too. I am working really hard to resist ordering. I am planning to add 20 - 25 chicks to my flock this year but I plan on buying them from feed stores. This is because I will get 10 free in a feed store promotion on April 3. This only leaves me room for 10 - 15 more. There are some breeds in the catalog that I would love to have and that the feed stores won't have. If McMurray had 10 chick ordering minimum I would have placed an order yesterday.
