I have chicks in the brooder, eggs in the incubator, and 40 chicks shipping out today! LOL!! And that's in addition to the 30 something hens (and a few roos) I already have. I have serious problems. You are not alone!

so glad I am not alone. we are on day 18 for my broody girl's hatch and I am so excited!! I think/hope that can tide me over until we set some eggs in the incubator. I saw quite a few different breeds that I wanted from MM but I may want to try another route and get hatching eggs from some one on this site instead. i think I am doing pretty good at resisting so far. we sat down last night and looked through the whole book together. right now the funds are not available for us to order any, so that helps me hold back. thanks for all of the support!!

I DIDN'T KNOW! OMG! And here I am with ONLY 2 - 1 mo olds & 2-3 mo olds in 'porch coops, 9 in the brooder, [ALL illegal I might add

15 in the bator [lockdown on Friday] a new bator coming and 12+ eggs shipping tomorrow..................................... and there's a CATALOG!!!

how CAN I GET ONE!!!

Who can I come live with when my long-suffering husband throws me out?

All this talk about getting chicks has now got ME started. I haven't gotten any of my catalogs yet so I went online instead and started my list.
Now I'm going to be in trouble,....... with the husband that is.
