OHio ~ Come on Buckeyes, let me know your out there!

Yes! all the females are quacking all the males are squeaking. There is always an exception to the rules. Like I said earlier I banded all the females with a white band and all the males with a black band. :)
Smart move, I have two that are banded which are my Mallards from California, Metzer farms 3 years ago, but have never banded any myself. Where do you get your bands from ?

Good morning all, have a wonderful day! 🌞🌺🌹🌸
You too Mark. We have a friend that lives in a house that has a pond that belongs to a Golf Course abutting his back yard. He told us last night that every year Swans come to visit the pond!!! He has actually had one chase him up to his house he said. Do some Swans escape their owners and become like wild and survive in Ohio? I was just curious. He also has the Canadian Geese and Mallards come but I thought it was crazy that the huge white Swans also visit the very large pond.

Ohio Friends I have 3 Mallard Drakes, 8 weeks old for sale. I am 18 miles East of Columbus, Ohio. They are fully feathered out now and I have clipped one wing so that they will not fly off. I don't know how to post this in the right place so here is better than nowhere. Thanks.

They are probably Native Trumpeters they are as big as mute swans but no comb and yes sometimes people don't n fallow the laws and pinion their birds, Mute swans are sometimes flying with trumpeters.
