OHio ~ Come on Buckeyes, let me know your out there!

finally caught back up!

had to go to Toledo this weekend for my wife's class reunion. had fun but missed home.

we bought the mobile home and land friday, as soon as there is electric to it i think im going to start moving my flock and staying down there some.  its another backwoods-ish area like where i live now, im afraid to leave building materials unattended LOL.
Glad you're caught up. Super happy you found a place to move where the birds can go too!

Well the mare got me good. Jaws swelled up, tounge is swelled to the point where I'm talking funny, and cheek is swelled on the inside. Plus I'm sore from where you knocked me over backwards in the process of knocking me in the jaw. I'll be a sight at the fair if it doesn't go down.

Thanks! Been stuck on here reading most of the day. :)

It can be addicting!!!

I was going to warn you of the "BYC addiction". :lau I joined in March I think and haven't left for more than a day. :p I put the link to BYC on the front page of my iPod and it's my desktop Internet browser homepage. I think I spend more time on here than with the actual chickens. :gig (Although I do spend a lot of time with them.)

I am fairly new to the chicken realm and wanted to go to the swap meet this weekend but was unable to. Is there anymore coming this year?

There's the one planned in Delaware, which isn't too far from you I think. I can't for the life of me remember details about it since I'm not going, but you can search the thread for it or I'm sure someone else will mention it. There's the big Swap Days down here in Lucasville Oct 12 and 13, but it'd be a drive for you. Then again, folks do come from farther.

The Delaware swap is Sunday Oct 6. From noon to 4 pm. It is being held at Champion feed store on 36/37. If coming from I71 it is on the left (south) side of the road before you reach Meijers just before getting into Delaware. No fee to set up. Bring tables, chairs, pop-ups etc.

Thank you for posting the info, Janalynyorkies! And you gave me an excuse to post the flyer again as a reminder...
