hey ohioians,

wanted to let you know that azure standard (you may have heard of them from other threads) is trying to arrange drop off points in ohio, so if you are interested in their products (they have chicken feed, acv, bulk whole grains, along with lots of organic/natural/green people food/products etc) you should contact them to show interest in your area (especially if you are in the findlay area ;) ) below is the facebook page for the midwest. I've never gotten anything from them before but seem to receive lots of good feedback here on byc and so I'd like to try some of their stuff

or their website

Hi guys! If anyone wants some assorted bantam chicks, I will have some in two weeks time! I almost always have free bantam chickens and I am in NE Ohio (North Ridgeville) . Send me a pm though, as this board is too active for me to follow!!

LOL!! Hilarious!

I just got home from dropping off my silkie eggs at Champion Feed in Delaware and they have brooders full of Comets, Barred Rocks, Araucanas, and...I can't remember! That might be it for now. Darling, darling DARLING! If I didn't have a 'bator full hatching at home tonight I would've come home with a box full of CHICKIES!!
Just got home from going to champion feed! We saw your eggs in the incubator!

Hello I live in Toledo and have always wanted to raise chickens, we got some two days ago and turns out I am allergic to them! So, I need to find a new home for 7 chicks quickly. 3 from pullet bin (I believe they are Comets but cant remember for sure), 2 from assorted bantam bin (straight run) and 2 from barred rock bin (straight run). I am having a hard time finding a home for them, but really cannot keep them here much longer.
