hello wapakoneta here, 12 girls with plans to add more in spring. Eva my girl pinned by hawk, is fine she flew away from me off the roost. wing droops abit and she is holding her own with the giants. I tried to wrap it and chaos erupted. my head giant was giving me stink eye and the rest gave me the what for. so off it came and so did she.I think my girls have learned some bad words from me, oops.

Bad day here today. Oy... Started out only mildly rotten. Got a shipment of Christmas gifts I ordered from amazon only to find them all totally shattered. Then my cat (who's lucky I love him dearly..) completely ruined my hallway carpet (new house..). I've been sick and hurting all day. Then to top it off, DH got home from work about half an hour ago (almost 2am) and informed me we no longer have a means of transportation. On the way home he hit a big buck and the front of the car is just completely gone (I saw it..). I don't know how that thing made it the last couple miles home. This after our second car died just a couple weeks ago and we sold it for scrap. :th Well, at least all my chickens are alive and healthy! And DH wasn't hurt in the total, I guess that's something to be thankful for too..
