OHio ~ Come on Buckeyes, let me know your out there!

Who did you contact to get NPIP? I called a number I found here about it and all they did was send me info on a class I could take so I could do it myself, which I cannot do right now. I'm hoping that isn't the only way to get npip in Ohio?

Is who I was in contact with. I live in pickaway county, however. I know she and I believe her Dad, test parts of ohio.

What was the number about the class? I would much rather do it myself in the future.

Thanks,

Cam

I called the Ohio Poultry Assoc. 614-882-6111. I was really confused when I got the info about the class. I'd like to do it in the future, but there is no way currently.

Contact the state tester directly. Her name is Candy. Cell #614-580-8228
By-pass the office completely. She is the 1 you have to schedule your testing with. She does the entire state.

this is the same lady who does mine but she does have a guy who helps. I don't remember his name.

Thank you! I'll call as soon as I get my voice back. I unfortunately caught a cold that took away my ability to speak. My hubby doesn't mind but it makes it hard to talk on the phone!

Silkiesensation, do you ever sell any of your turkey eggs? I'm looking to get new blood in my turkey flock and also looking for a few royal Palm eggs as we ended up with a Tom this year and would like to give him some friends if possible. I haven't found anyone near me that has slates or royal palms.

You could try to chat with them on their website, they are very helpful. The store may be open until 7:30 today, its says after Mondays after May 3rd but probably close enough this year. Office closed at 5.

I will be separating my turkeys after I get moved unless the slates & palm sell before then. I have a proven trio of slates & a single royal palm hen for sale. PM me if interested in the adult breeders. It will be a while before I have poults or eggs.
