Hard to tell if there's any pointy saddle feathers, can you get a picture of his/her rump/Saddle area?
Yeah I don’t have the best camera quality, but I can promise you, he is a cockerel. His tail feathers let off a vibrant green hue and he has very long and pointy saddle feathers.

Pullets have iridescence in the tail too, it's not only a trait that males carry.

I think I see saddle feathers, just so hard to see on a white bird. Saddles would confirm he's a he.
