***OKIES in the BYC III ***

So I have a dilemma. We put our 3 wk old babies into a cardboard box w a mesh screen an hung the heat lamp over head. They have been freaking out all nite and I don't know what to do to calm them down. They weren't like this when they were in the rubber maid box. We moved them because we got 6 more lil ones that are only 1-2 days old and can't mix them till they get older. Any ideas, I would forever be thankful.

They are probably cold.

Okay, everything is okay now. Apparently they are not use to bright red light. We switched the dimmer an gave it to the 3wk olds and they were knocked out in 3 mins flat. Now I gota get one for the babies. Thank you everyone!

Good Morning! :)

I hope y`all set your clocks forward last night...if not your gonna be late!

I thought I had a broody yesterday so I pulled a dark :30 run down to the barn this morning hoping to catch her on the nest....she was on the roost! I guess I`ll pull those eggs and start over. It`s a shame, there is over a dozen eggs in there.

I hope y`all have a great day!

Pinch the skin between the bottom of your nose and upper lip. It is an acupressure point for leg cramps. I didn't believe it but had foot cramps the other night and tried it and right away they were gone.

willl soo have to try this i know if you apply pressure to the little dip there between nose and lip it will stop a sneaze lol but didnt know it would help with cramping
