@adorkable you should reconsider breeding that boy, especially if yours have similar coloration. I have no dobt there are others who would love to have such beautiful birds.
I think so. I'll tell him to save them and ask about price - I think he wants 3.00/chick but I am not certain. Will he have a dozen BBS Ameraucanas?! By POOPS???? (Chicks)
Yes, big birds and such beautiful roos.MJ, that's perfectly fine, whatever he wants. I've still got the ones I got from him a couple yrs ago at an auction and they've been wonderfully healthy and are so big!
Sadly my girls aren't porcelain color. I may try and find some eggs to hatch in the fall or next spring.

Do any of your hens lay pink eggs? One of Jack's hens lays a pink egg and Rebecca has a hen from his flock that lays pink eggs too.
My blue cochin roo is 10 weeks old and has bald spots on his back. He had chick fuzz on his back by his tail head but now it is gone. I had him in a seperate cage because I was worried the other chicks were picking on him but I didn't see any blood or injuries. Is this normal? I can dust him with poultry dust again ( I dusted everyone a out a month ago just as a precaution).
