branman! Isn't it strange how a small flock seems to mysteriously grow to a larger flock? Good luck with your clucks!

- Of course you can join! Out-of-State Okies are some of our favorites! Fort Smith is a nice place - glad to have you Fanaticalchickenlady!!

Good morning, it is teasing us here. Cloudy, lots of thunder and lightening, but only a couple of drops of rain, but

for more.

Had a decent rain this morning. Yay! Probably because I watered the lawn yesterday but it's welcome anyway. Sure cooled things off. Right now it's about 9:30 am and it's only 71 degrees! Hope it stays this temp awhile. Sure is nice.

Funny sight...my husband Dave was so estatic that he slogged to the garden and dug up a few potato plants! He is almost as much fun to watch in this life as the chickens! We'll keep praying for the rest of the state for rain. We all need it!

We've got clouds and thunder, but no rain yet. Looks like I'll be doing laundry and other house chores today. I had plans to stack some lumber, but I guess that will have to wait.

Yea! I'm glad you two connected. What kind of pullets did you get from Poco, T-Feathers?

Ah, now City Clucks you know I'm new to all of this! One is beautiful brown and matches the coloring on my Bantams and the other one is white with brown flecks on the tips of her feathers. Did I say they are all beautiful. What kind are they? Poco Pollo, help me out here. LOL:idunno
