Jack got home from the hospital tonight. He is on heavy antibiotics and hasn't slept much or eaten in a couple of days. He probably will miss the auction tomorrow, a rarity for him. Joe (DH) and I will probably miss it too. I hope the good Cochins aren't at Newcastile this week. If they are, somebody get me a nice LF Buff and a bantam black hen or two if they are there.
Maybe it is good that I will miss a chance at really nice LF Cochins. I'm starting to fancy after more LF with the 3 I have. Besides Karl and Stephanie's Buff I have a young Silver-laced LF pair from chicks I got at Blanchard. The roo is going to be really big and have alot of pattern in his feathers. The pullet is quite a bit smaller and definately patterned alot.
My Uncle and Aunt from Ohio are here (OKC Fairgrounds) at the AQHA World Championships with my Cousin's son and his horse. He has been doing very well this year and Qualified very high. So Joe and I will be hanging out with horses instead of poulrty tomorrow night.

ok, when you upload the image, copy the bottom line of code, and paste it in your message- that should work

OOOOOO! Your new painting/avitar is fabulous. Is it a commission? The owner will be so happy with it.

but it looks like i'm getting early orders for Christmas- so hopefully things will start looking up- i ended up moving the cochin girls from MJ into the house, and izzy and the chicks in for a couple hours today- this heat is one of those 'i survived summer 2011' shirts

coral, so far i have but betadine on his face, am thinking maybe neosporin would be a better choice?

MJ,
You might check with Bo but with all of his recent losses I am not sure if he has many to let go of. He lost 49 LF in 1 day alone early this week.

Yes, I saw his post on Monday and am still stunned.

Now that's my kind of thing! I'll be at the fairgrounds thru til next weekend doing a bit of coaching and observing and I know I'll get roped into some sort of running around for the show organizers. But hey I love it!

Today were heading to the horse sale in Shawnee then to visit SJARVIS00. I'm super excited!

What kind of chicken sales are going on around okc this weekend?

We will be there most of the day too. My cousin (once removed) is Jacob Gigax. His horse is Lazy Lopin Diva and they placed 14 out of 38 in the Conformation class yesterday. His next competition is Monday. I be at school. Wish I could see it.
