hello all just checking in got 12 new baby muscovys came out from under my house today think that will be it for this year.deer season is in full blum down my way boys have beeen everyday just no good shots all to far away they have seen some nice ones

Hubby helped get a project done that needed to be finished before the rains...the yard holds water in a big puddle between the garden gate and the house...no longer. Also took out one flower bed along the dog run...lots of lirope grass and daylilies ready to move to new locations and some hackberry trees cut down...one was right over the water line from the well house to the barn...will have to use stump killer in what remains of the 5 inch trunk....those things grow so fast. Too bad they are a soft wood or would make great shade trees.

Momma_Raven...much rather have snow (spoon) instead of cold icy winter (knife)...while snow makes water when it melts, it isn't slippery dangerous.

Yes OklaDoddle, we are hoping for some pond water!! Bring on the rain!
