i know of some how are working on coco laced bantam whyndotes but other than that i know of none

Did an experiment w/ making custard. The custards I have made I wasn't happy w/ the texture it wasn't creamy enough and tended to seperate and "weep" liquid out. So I did the same thing that the yogurt maker suggested for thicker creamier yogurt and I cooked the milk down before making it into custard and it worked perfectly the texture was perfect.
This could be dangerous though, I like it way to much! At least it is healthy (for a dessert)
