***OKIES in the BYC III ***

I understand dealing a sick birds-- the only birds I have ever had get sick stayed isolated to the chickens that stay in my barn lean too-- i have guineas & peafowl that connect to the same lean too & they didnt get sick.... I plan on using oxine in their soon as we have another warm day, dont want to go spraying stuff down in the cold ---- on the bright side Blanchard sale has plenty of non- bird related items for those that don't "need" birds. I do anticipate the prices being better than the past few auctions-- I had planned on taking the Camry. Might have to take the van or truck instead.......

rofl! MJ, you have to be awed by these bugs haha! They do look like little prehistoric beings. I guess really they are actually. That's why I like my little MOdern Bantam pair so much-they remind me of dinosaur birds.
Jim, tell her they're all soft feeling and their little legs are so tickly lol

Yes on the Moderns - I really want a pair. I think they are beautiful. I must have varied taste because I think Cochins are beautiful too. Cochins and Moderns don't even seem like the same specie.

man that picture is scarin me, i gotta find somethin else to put up there!

I found the perfect avatar picture for you:

I figure most of us have better things to do than spraying and re-spraying. Frontline is easy, fast and it works.
Do you mean, Channing, my Serama? Actually he did get a drop, too lol But surely there's not a bug with enough nerve to jump on my best little buddy!
I got my Dubia today! I love these guys (as far as roaches go-haha).
Kass, is this one with the red arrow a female? I hope so but I'm not sure. Most of them look like this, I'm hoping he sent me a bunch of good sized females.
This forum is messing up really bad. 1/2 the time it won't let me post and I have to refresh the page. I would think it was my wifi except for the fact other forums work fine.

That is a sub adult, they are more difficult to sex by wing / wing nubs. But judging by the last tail segment I would say female. The last tail segment of the female (seen better from the belly side) is larger and the space between the two small "prongs" sticking out the butt are wider, the male last segment is smaller and narrower prongs. Most sub adults will look female just from wings, that's why you have to get good at looking at the butt if you want to sex the subadults.

And MEFORDZ just don't even go there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
