OK, ready, here you go.
Strength in the plant is important so mix 3 tblsp of Epson salt to every gallon of water and add to the plants, every month they will grow strong roots & stems. Make sure that you plant them close enough that when full grown the leaves just barely touch each other. Peppers are big eaters so feed them with good organic material often, make sure that it does not have too much nitrogen though or the plant with grow tall and spindly with few fruit. The best thing I have found for decent sized peppers is to pinch off the buds when the plant is small, they cannot produce peppers when they are small and this can effect their size of any future fruit. Also for good sized peppers keep them picked get pick the little ones when you see some larger ones forming, to many little peppers on the plant will stress it out and then cannot produce a good sized one. When it gets super hot outside they may take a break in production don't worry because by Sept they will start up strong again. Peppers love sulpher so if you can dig a book of matches in the dirt right next to the plant, this will help a bunch with color and health. Do not plant bell peppers next to HOT peppers as they will cross pollinate and you will end up with yucky tasting peppers. By the way try to plant them next to Okra the like each other. Also if you smoke do not tend your plants unless you wash your hands first, Tobacco mosaic virus is impossible to get rid of once in the garden and it will ruin a good crop of tomatoes.
