Okay, I know was a discussion a while ago. Jeannie (TheBarnSwallow) had some baby ducks for sale. She posted a picture of them and everyone, including myself, thought they were Pekins. Well, they're not.

The are starting to get their feathers in and they are a buff color. The ducklings themselves weren't even yellow, they were cream.

Anybody have a clue? I don't have a picture other than her original picture. I'm letting them chill out for a while before subjecting them a photo shoot.

Big Q :
Normally they come in 50lb bag's, but some co's may sell them in smaller ones, depending on what you gave for them you may be able to tell the size.

Ouch !!! that sounds a little cheap for 50lb bag's. Like Marybeth said we get it for around $27-30.00 a 50.

Country I am so sorry to hear about not being in the country I was raised in the country and lived in the city when I was a child when my parents split and then again when my wife and I first got married, I wish that you was a little closer I would sell you a acre or two off my place and we could make the chicken town lol I will pray that something works out for you!!!

Al I am going to call them back tomorrow and let everyone know what size bag it is and if anyone would like some I could bring some come POOPS time!! I just wish that POOPS time would get here I am so excited!!!

I also have that assumption. Is it not true?

I went to get my little duckies fron Elgin today.
P.S. Do I now qualify for "crazy bird lady" title? I drove 150 miles to pick up ducks!
