That's it!!!!!! Cool, it's a Eyed click beetle! Now I know why it was clicking & popping!

Not sure about spoecific insects of OK but I have bunches of books...can't really do specific scientific names on many insects w/o cutting into them and really looking...

Glad to hear the book reading deal...can large children types join? I prefer to be the one sitting on the lap...
