OK, I actually have almost everything everyone is saying they want on the list ... well it seems like it at least. Hopefully Gerald and I will bring a sampling of everything we have available to POOPS

but I do have a couple of supposedly show quality black rosecomb bantam pullets in need of a suitable boyfriend or I'll eventually sell them. Monty, I would very much appreciate if you'd include my name & black SQ rosecomb bantam roo to the list. Thanks Monty!

Hi All,

First time in the thread. I live between Claremore & Pryor, Claremore address. I have a Hova-Bator 1588 with auto turner full of eggs & have been outside building a 20 x 16 coop run all day. Planted 8 posts 2 feet deep using regular 'ol post hole diggers... I'm a little tired, lol.

I'm trying to hatch 24 Buff Orpingtons, 6 Ameraucana, & 6 RIR's. All are due on Sept 11th.

Matt

I have a meeting with a client tomorrow - am taking eggs to her. She loves the colored EE eggs and is flirting with the idea of getting a couple of chicks for her and her grandson to raise for colored eggs. I'll talk to her more about it tomorrow to see how serious she is, then maybe I'll be in the market for a few EE chicks..and pray that at least 2-3 of them are pullets!

I let my clucks out of their run to peck around in the backyard early this a.m. and was doing a few things in the garden when one of the chickens let out a huge terrified squawk. I looked up to see a Cooper hawk flying through the yard. It had chased one of my white EEs under the rose of sharon bush but didn't get her. I hustled everyone back into the run...sorry girls - gotta stay in today.

By the way, have you seen the new Sprint Nextel commercial - "If Loggers Ran the World"? Funny.

You can check out the list in the first post of this thread and see people from your area. There are a lot Claremorons but not a lot get on that much. Me maw posts pretty often.
We are having a big shindig near OKC September 26. So you will be seeing a lot of info on that.
Again welcome,
Monty

Monty - Didn't you say something about an auction for the kiddos? I can donate to that. If not I can donate to the regular auction as well.

Is there a list of what birds people are bringing, need to know how I should plan...
