God morning all ! Its kind of cool here this morning. I love it. Nice to have fall temps.And still sunshine,at least till friday!
Went fishing in my pond yesterday ,caught about 50. There were some real beauties!Need to try and catch some more today.
Finally got three hens setting. Had to let two go back to their own nest,but maybe the others will leave them alone. SWeen some eggs on eggbid that I thought would be interesting. They were white enpordanesa. Basically they look like leghorns but lay a real dark brown egg! Very unusuall. They are related to the pendesenca. Well gotta go change the coffe cup for and ice tea ,later gators!

It's just like people saying when they need transportation, they call for a taxi (AF or Navy). It's a joke, meant in good humor. Every member of the military serves an important function, and most of them have gallows humor (or otherwise inappropriate humor) in order to get through it.

You also need to remember that he is with ME, an AF dependent my entire life, up to and including being born overseas. I'd've taken a 2x4 to him if he was serious. So please, just take a joke and don't get in a tizzy about it. He's already done 2 tours in the sandbox, I'm not about to tell him that someone on a forum would rip him for a joke.

I think I'm going to step away from this part of the forum for a while. Didn't realize people were going to get upset over what most service members would classify as a joke while sending their own jokes about Marines back in return.

Ok the CSM just walked into the forum to say. At ease everybody, No need to get into this we all like to joke around and that's all it seems to be. those of us that serve joke around in a different manner sometimes, so relax have a cup of coffee and some fun.

I didn't mean it like that at all!

I cut up with the best of them. I definitely have a few comebacks to that one but I don't want anyone to get offended. All I was trying to say is I'm choosing to not go there not that I couldn't.

I am not upset in the least.

I'll shut up now. I just found it comforting that so many on here are veterans. I am a combat vet and I have been in the current war.

I was just in the process of writing about how it was you that got me interested in Pyncheon Bantams and I'm now waiting for eggs.

I'm so sorry for all the trouble I have caused. Sad that this is exactly what I was trying to tiptoe around.

I'll go sit in my corner now...
