Carah, Cuban or Les might be able to tell you or you might try posting on the Mille Fluer Cochin thread and ask there.
I am pretty sure they would breed true.
On the blues, you have to follow the guidlines like Dande and Les posted.

Once you have a good Mille Fleur pattern established all you have to do is maintain it so that your birds don't have too much white showing up in them (which makes them look mottled).
