I passed it three times before I found it the first time I went. It is southwest of Blanchard. It is on the East side of the road and sits a ways back. It is South of hwy 62 just west of Blanchard.
You turn south at the rodeo arena.
Carla or Buster can give better directions. I have not been there much.
Of course you will be coming from a different direction than me too.

Get a well insulated coop and nobody will even know they are there.

Eulaine, don't think so highly of me

You didn't just see me spend the afternoon trying to "catch" all these birds! Some are very tame.... but not all!

Thanks a bunch for the info, though!

My pretty little gray Polish hen died today....... I do not know why, no one was trying to hurt her, but she was dead in the coop this evening when I went to gather eggs. She has had no signs of illness, and neither do any of her coop mates. The roo liked her a lot, I am wondering if he liked her too much. They have all been wormed as well.

Here is a partial list of who I think is gonna be at Blanchard on Saturday.

Teach, Shidalgo, Poutryandbees, Al, Stimpy, Buckguy, Carla, Buster & family, Henny&MIke

Who else? I know I am missing someone.
How about
Cammie?
osulops?
Jeanie?

Just let banties loose in the coop with brooder access...Gave em a brick to roost on by the lamp....Why do hens automatically assume that there is food in the brooder? (I'm not saying there isn't...) but to come off the roost in virtual darkness to inspect? Nosy things....gonna check peeps in abit to make sure they are ok....

No way.....It's one of those "When in Rome...Do as the Romans do" deals.
That way, everyone is equal. It's up to the kids to handle their birds.
( That's why we carry a dip net everywhere we go.....LOL ) We've chased a
few.....but haven't totally lost one out the door....yet......either ours or
someone elses.

Have a good one !

That's a good looking coop. I notice you have a massive amount of ventilation at the top, will you be covering that up for the winter months ahead?

Eulaine : Have you got your tribe back in good health yet??. it really stinks when the whole house is down for the count, but at least it gets over quick without passing it back and forth
