Way cool! So is it any larger than a quail egg? Smaller than a guinea egg? How big and what color are they?

The first egg is a Coturnix quail egg. The second egg is the Serama egg. The third egg is a first year Australorp egg.

So it a little larger than a quail egg and a white creamy color. I know the roo has been doing his job. I just hope he is fertile. I know that is a problem with the Seramas. It will definitely be going in the incubator so I'll be finding out.

Your earlier post about our sheriff "leaking" information and
having a "buddies" name for this guy sounded a little direct.
All I know about this situation is what you have posted and
there was a post way back about some agency offering to
"stand by" while you retrieved your horse at some arena.

Am sure our sheriff's office will escort you to retrieve your
property.....after you have been to court and the judge orders
it. A deputy is not an attorney and cannot act on just your
complaint.

Anybody heard any LONG range forecasts. What's it gonna
be doing mid-December thru Shawnee?

Have a good one !

Horse lease leads to charges

By BOB GIBBINS
Press Staff Writer

A $5,000 bond was set Tuesday afternoon for a Cherokee County man charged with failing to return a horse he had leased.

Michael Dewayne Ryals, 22, is accused of embezzlement after he allegedly failed to return a horse he leased from Mikaela Rodriguez.

Rodriguez told sheriff’s investigators she had leased a horse named “Sonny Deelight” to Ryals. Rodriguez said when Ryals asked about purchasing the horse outright, she told him it would cost $3,000, but she said she wasn’t interested in selling the horse because she still rode it.

Rodriguez also said Ryals claimed he knew of other people who wanted to buy the horse. He allegedly sold the horse at a later time. The animal was released between April and September.

Assistant District Attorney Josh King is prosecuting the case. He also has an application to accelerate a deferred three-year judgment pending in an unauthorized use of a vehicle charge.

Court records indicate warrants were recalled Tuesday on other older cases involving Ryals.

He was ordered to make $50 monthly payments on those cases, which involve the unauthorized use of a vehicle, some traffic tickets and a pair of protective orders.

Look they have a right to be upset. I have spent hours trying to get them help. I have talked to new paper, state office and a whole lot of other people. I even had Delaware county talking to Cherokee and the sheriff wouldn't move. I am not trashing them just know sometimes it takes a whole of shaking to get wheels moving and now they have. I been down that road when my grandson was killed. The lady had warren's but money talks and no one would pick her up. A yr later another state, MO this time, calls by grandparents to the governor office in both state and we finally got her. Plus calls to sheriff office to the point they probably wanted to hide. I know she wasn't drinking that night just talking on hand handle cell. But a warrens a warren and they should be serviced. And she only got 9 months for my grandson life. And for the people that say I should say, he dead in a car wreck, you can forget it, to me he was killed by someone with 35 arrest from drinking and driving and other things She was talking on the phone and NOT paying attention. And it could happen to anyone yes but come on 35 arrest ? When it stop.

It was not an agency unfortunately. It was a band of good guys who were trying to help do the right thing. Unfortunately, when I called the arenas nobody was registered with my horse to compete, so it was a lost cause.

April 9, 2009 was the set date that I heard about when I called. Hopefully the prosecutor will be able to speed it up. I'm glad they did the article, nobody was able to tell me who the prosecutor was and I couldn't get a call back from anyone telling me the middle name of the man.

We seem to be wandering off topic quite a bit today !!!!!, just a reminder folks. This legal debate might best be served in the PM format as legal issues can get heated. there is a thread that already exist covering this topic that you could visit. Thanks everybody.
