I'm cool with the KOA too. Girls put a whole lot more emphasis on bathrooms and such than we do. If they'd be more comfortable with the campground then I'll be happy to kick in a few more bucks to meet there.

We sure don't want to do all this planning only to have half of our group unhappy with the facilities.

Al, know how it is with a house full of girls. My wife is 8 years older than me so at 27, i have a 16 year old stepdaughter (may as well be blood). Her 17 year old highschool friend stays with us a great deal of the time. If she aint wiht us, she is with her aunt. Her dad aint the greatest guy in teh world so she is always welcome here.

So where is it going to be held or do you know yet?

That hasn't be determined yet. It will either be at Lexington or at a KOA campground around that area (I don't remember where the KOA is)

Is this an annual thing or is this the first time?

They had a Okie Chickenstock last year at Poteau, it had vendors and such. This is more of a eat and greet and eat and swap and eat. Oh did I mention eating!!
All of us is doing a dish of some kind and I think Teach is going to be doing the meat cooking.​

I had to work, got off at 2pm and had eggs pipping so drooled over the incubator for a while. Took a nap and few minutes ago had my first ever chick hatch. I was like, dancing almost. Even my wife got excited and watched and she aint showed the slightest interest the last 3 weeks.

i drove to the marys flea market in midwest city to check out the chickens.long drive for me i live 50 n of tulsai ended up with a dozen poyal palm turkey eggs.have hatched out 55 cuckoo marans today an another 25 americanas

Yeah you know me alright, I just got back from taking the whole gaggle of them to town to eat chinese food, what a gas that was. I kept having to tell them DON'T CALL ME DUDE!!! LOL LOL. I fear I have set a dangerous pressident, they are all staying over again tonight, a 2 fer. just shoot me now. I rented them a bunch of scary movies to watch, so the screaming will continue unabated sshheeesshhh. Pray for me.
