Al sorry to hear of the loss of your friend!! You still going to Blanchard this weekend? We were gonna cancel but have decided we are going to be there with bells on lol, hopefully I can find some birds!

Well we had a great weekend as mentioned before but what is bad is I forgot my insulin when we left Friday and didnt have any insulin till last night so now I gotta get it back down it has been up and down rollercoaster all weekend so after I get leveled out I will be ready to get the week started!!

We also had a weather report calling for rain and I needed to get another till on my half acre garden & get it planted before the rain hit, once it gets wet it stays wet forever so I needed to get that done. All that took up my get ready time, so I didn't show.

Hi guys! This will be a ninja style post as my bedtime is looming!

I got fabric to make tote bags for the raffle and/or fundraising auction for POOPS. I am so excited! I got some darling chicken fabric and some sweet add-ons. I haven't started cutting them out yet, that will have to be soon though so they will be ready in time! Whoever the lucky person that gets the tote bags is will enjoy being the ONLY person to have one like it!

I also have a few chicken themed items that I have purchased over the last few weeks to also donate to POOPS...sooo does anyone know who is organizing the donations? I'll need to let them know what all I am going to bring. I will be ready for this POOPS for sure!

Vern and I have been working outside all weekend again...gardens tilled, padocks cleaned with the tractor...new chainlink gates made for the chicken run...coops cleaned...we were busy campers! Now I need rest!

Hope all of you are getting all of your projects started too! SPRING IS ON THE WAY!!!

I am thinking about hatching eggs lately, I may need to actually buy some......... bummer I know. My plan is to hatch a bunch for the donation auction at POOPS.
