Don't believe him. I've heard rumors that he dresses his chickens up and plays tea party with them, complete with lacy white skirts and the most disgusting baby talk you have ever heard.

Whoops! I meant to send that in a PM! You don't think he'll read this, do you?

But I just heard from a BYC member who said they live close to there and haven't heard of the sale, at least not recently.

Grace, A guy sent me a pm last spring and wanted me to post the info about the Idabel auction. I did so but I never heard from him again nor did I ever see him post to our thread.
You can remove it if you want.

I really have seen a flier about it.. but that was probably a year ago..... at maybe the Idabel poultry show??

Hello everyone! Hope everyone is well today. Today was my first day of the semester at college. I only have this semester and next and I am done! WOOHOO. My Dad's doctor/surgeon called me this afternoon he has a really bad infection and they are going to try installing a drain to drain it out...if that doesn't work then he will have to go back in for surgery again to be cleaned out. They have him on antibiotics but if you can please pray for him that would be nice.
Shavon-- you said you went to Weatherford for shopping..do you live close to there? I grew up in Weatherford.
The chickens are loving the cooler temps and so am I. Unfortunately it did not rain here a lot today....we are hoping that it will rain more.

Now is normally the time of year I start my wild coop expansion projects, The next addition to the Cornish Condo may be a tad to big but I have a few idea's anyway. I have some large 12'X12'X8' tall, steel horse stall frames complete with doors and all I saved them from when I dismantled the older horse barn in the north pasture. So I am thinking of making a covered walkway from the big coop to an even bigger set of pen's, these stalls could easily make 10 more 6'X12' enclosed breeder pens and could be very preditor proof. My cement floors will come later as next summer I always have a bunch of it left over, I even have about 20 decent sized wood framed glass windows in good shape from a earlier house demolition and wanted to add those for more light, I used some on the current condo and they worked out great. I still have all that corragated tin from last summer and ton's of framing material, along with about 3000 ft of wire i had strung on the pasture fences for free ranging 10 yrs ago.
