Hey everybody !!! Just got in from all the running around doing last minute stuff for the shindig, I can't believe it no problems. I am a little sore from loading a small 300 lb smoker in the bed of my truck all by my lonesome, boy oh boy is that truck loaded down, and I am towing another big smoker behind it.

Henny : if you & Mike can see it to come to POOPS I will take up any short comings just to get you guy's there. If not we will all have missed out.

My 5 yrs old grandson has the option this weekend of going to his brother's baseball tournament that is out of town and staying in a hotel, or staying here with PaPa and me. Once he heard that if he stayed with us, he could go see some chickens and help me plant the garden this weekend - his mind was made up. His only question was "Are we going to get some chickens when we go see them?" I told him we are going to get some runner ducks and he is very excited about that.

If we are still having a silent auction, I will bring one of those "ratzappers" - new in the box - for the auction. I bought 3 of them two years ago because I was told how wonderfully they work.
I think I am supposed to take them out of the box and put them in the shed where I have mice though, in order to get any benefit from them.
