anyone ever done this? we had some hard rain and ice and the power went out

so the bator has eggs in it and I'm not sure how long we will be without power, so I go out and fire up the car and crank the heater all the way up and put the eggs in the front seat covered with a towel.. the power came back on in 2 hours and then I had to rewarm the bator..
What do think my odds are for not doing any harm ? I guess I will wait and see

BTW; the car got to 100 if this works think of how many eggs I can get in the back seat

Well folks it is Christmas Eve today, and I would like to wish all of my Okie BYCer's a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. I know that on this day I am thankful for having such fine very helpful, giving folks to call friends here in the Okie BYC. So I hope everybody will have a great Christmas. I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas, too. I've been MIA as far as the forum goes....way too busy and cold. I even have the incubators shut down for a couple of months, though I still have little chicks in the house...go figure!

For those of you unhappy with the hatchery in Seminole there is also one in Wewoka that will allow pickup.

There will be an auction in Blanchard this Saturday it is inside the new AG building and the animals will be inside also, hope to see everyone there.

what area. Do you have a clue which area I would be looking for to
find a pyranees puppy? Please holler.

Hope everyone had a beautiful Christmas. We sure did. Not ready
to eat again yet.

The KID has already scheduled a local show for the end of January
and will be at the Pryor Bantum Show in March. I sent for the
Idabel Show catalog, but that would be a LONG trip from Tahlequah....
we'll see who wins that one.......LOL Would sure have to have new
tires on the 5th wheel. Don't want to play that game again........

Pa-Pa got us a new camera that takes still photos and videos for
Christmas. When any of us figures out how to make it work, will
post some pictures of the kids birds on here.

is I work out of town and I do not have enough time to take care of all
of my animals. The pups are about ten weeks old. The mother is about

PS Monty, you know the barn that we have here, hubby gave it to me for my chickens. We have the new chicks that I hatched at Thanksgiving time out there now. I knew he would cave into me.
