Does anyone take the Poultry Press? I let my subscription expire when I realized I was only opening it long enough to find the Purinea coupon, but wasn't reading much of anything except the ads for the poultry shows. I miss the show announcements.

Can anyone tell me what is coming up in August/September/October for poultry shows in Oklahoma?

I have a vague recollection that there is one in Newcastle and one in Guthrie and one in Catoosa during that time, in addition to the Tulsa State Fair.

Thanks all for all your prayers, thoughts and praises on my grand daughter.

She is doing real good. They took her off the O2 today. They are feeding her breast milk still thru a tube. They are going to try a bottle this afternoon. She is jaundice so they have her under a light.

Here is some pictures to look at. She already has her daddy wrapped.

Oh I am in facebook farm town also. It is addicting.

I'll check, a friend sent me an issue from June and July. I know there was a show mentioned in Northern Oklahoma but it was only for Oriental and American gamefowl. I don't believe it's APA sanctioned.

BigOkie, I covet that truck. That is a nice price. And while I think we need a truck, my husband doesn't beleive a 2 person family should have 3 vehicles.

I try to tell him "But its a truck!" I'm a country girl at heart. I drive a car but long for my old truck.

Who was needing the square cat litter buckets? I've got at least 4 of them. Was going to use them to store deer corn in (I use the deer corn to make microwaveable heating pads), but I could be convinced to part with them as Princess Poops-a-lot and Her Evil Turd Headness will keep us buying cat litter for a loooooong time.

I'm so looking forward to the weather this weekend.

Severe thunderstorm moved through the Tinker area tonight, and we all had to go to our designated tornado shelters when a circulation was detected in our area. It got somewhat chaotic here when huge hail stones were hitting the aircraft hangar and everyone was told to go to the shelter area ... the break room. I'm not so sure it's very well protected if a big tornado came thru, but it's better than nothing.

We had hail & high winds. I've got hail damage on my truck, but I have liability only on it. It appears some of the aircraft sustained damage. People are out taking pictures of aircraft with hail & wind damage and writing up damage reports now.
