I'm an artist and a writer. I've never done either one as a performance. Actually, I take that back. When I teach painting, I stand in front of a class at my easel and paint as I talk. I guess that's a form of performance art.

I combine both talents as a teacher. If you can think of a way I can help out at POOPS, please let me know.

Hey everyone! Looks like it has been a busy week here! I am still on vacation, I have been reading the board but not having enough time to really post. I am kicking back relaxing tonight so thought I would stop in. We have been super lucky on our vacation with nice cool weather on both days that we did Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor. I had a great time as did the kids. I think the batman Gotham roller coaster was my favorit!

Time to read what everyone has been up to today.

Hi everyone as you know the fall P.O.O.P.S will be Sept. 26th. It has been decided that we would have a Pot luck lunch & dinner! We are looking for foods that are just as good cold as they are hot.

We will have limited outlets for crock pots if that is something you might be interested in. We will also have limited space to keep things cool between lunch and dinner, so if you bring something that needs to be kept cool make arrangements for that. For some folks that travel you could possibly have your ingredients made and put them together on site. Keep in mind the number of people that will be attending when making your dish or dishes.

We will also need paper goods, silverware & drinks. I have a couple of large igloo coolers that can be used for tea & kool-aid. If you have an one we could use let me know. I will need volunteers for set up before each meal along with volunteers for clean up after.

Please contact (PM) myself or TJ’s Nana if you have any questions or if you need a suggestion as to what you can bring. I will keep a running list of items.

The Batman roller coaster is insane, I went on it once only because the girls called me chicken. I will never do that again NO NO NO I don't care what they call me. I will jump out of an airplane at 30,000 ft but I am not a roller coaster guy, Your nut's woman!!!!.

hmmm...where is everyone tonite?? quiet here after the guineas finally decided they really do know where the door is to get into their coop....! 8 weeks old and discovering they can slip under the gate and the chickens can't!

they are a riot to watch chasing each other with a blade of grass....

and oh my! there is an intruder in the sky! Ohhh...its just a plane,

they finally went in except one who is a brick short, and tried to climb through the top of the cage, so i grabbed her and put her in, boy can she yell!

Meanwhile the chickens are politely settling in for the nite, pooped after their day of beginning egglaying practice.

what i think is too cute is he is the splash's shadow, even to hiding under the splash! so, do i have boys, girls or a pair??
