Hey Monty, I've got the black and partridge but I'm with you, I wanted crele and couldn't find any. I might look for some later but I think that Empordanesa might be on the list first. Mine aren't too crazy, yet. I really like the RIW's the best so far for a breed as a whole with some single bird favorites on others. The Delawares like to play around a lot when I'm in with them working on something, kind of like an annoying little puppy dog. I guess one of these days I could break down and take some pics. Have you replaced any of your losses and all recovered from your previous problem?

Greybear-good luck!

Luvs-the feta can be kept in a milk or brine bath for several months. The milk will actually take out some of the 'salty' but don't freeze it. There are tons of ways to use it, just depends on what you like to eat. Try http://www.supercook.com/ just enter feta in the add box, and whatever else you would like to eat with it and it will give you some recipes ideas. The more items you enter, the fewer recipes it will give to make your search easier. I like to cut up fresh tomatoes, onion, basil, oregano, and add crumbled feta with a bottle of italian dressing. Now you're making me hungry!

countryroads-I think P&B had a pretty good deal on something a couple of days ago, corrugated something or another with pens? How are you today? Gettin' chickens, huh?

Monty and everyone? Do you guys want to vote on the favorite foods at POOPS or just make the POOPS on a Plate thread open game if it was served at POOPS? I can tell already that the bannana pudding, cheesecake, and mushroom were a hit last time. Sometime this month I'll set up the thread, so I guess consider this a launch annoucement!

I figured that since I was hungry already, I might as well get the food talk all over at once.

BTW Stimp, which is it--POOPS on a Plate or POOPS on your Plate?

You could also cut it into small chunks and roast it in the oven on foil at 350 degrees until it starts to golden up. put on salad and go nut's pretty good. Feta is a greek goat cheese very very tasty.

Thanks guys after I posted, I went in and took a little bite. Its good. Strong but good flavor. Since I went to Europe last year my tastes have broadened. I am not just a meat and taters kind a gal anymore. Wish Lynn would got with some things but he is Okie bread thru and thru.

So now I have 12 OZ of feta that I guess I need to use. Wow what to do with it.I will go to that site and check it out thanks Kevin.

Lynn I went thru what you are going thru, we both lived thru it. Oh gosh I really feel for you. Good luck hun and hope things work out.
