I gotta go to bed!

I'm here! Now that I've woke up from my narcoleptic episode... I always fall asleep trying to write my papers, I'm never gonna get done!

Thanks for the food links!

Who suggested the soy milk maker? I think I'd rather drink it already made by a machine that knows what its doin. I don't want beans floatin in my drink. Lol

The board has a creepy, sinister feel about it tonight....

Speakng of creepy and sinister...I miss AL.....

Yeah wel...l better men than him have dumped me! And left me alone to pine. I wonder if I could go get Mike to rough him up for making me sad. No..cause then he would call all his Italiano friends and Mikey would end up in the east river wearing cement shoes. Maybe I would miss him less if I listened to Dean Martin, or Caruso...with a glass of chianti....no then I would get tipsy and morose...oh well....I miss Al.... *sigh*

Got home from the second job a bit ago... a bit steamed. Since I am refusing to close during "extended holiday hours" because that means I wouldn't be rolling into my driveway until 11pm, she's decided that I can't work during the week after next week... only weekends. So, since I can't work Saturdays, that leaves me working only Sundays. J asked me if she meant that she was going to schedule me both days on the weekend and I said "she'd better not!". We've already had a contest over working Saturdays and I won. I'm not fighting it again. So basically if she doesn't compromise with me like she does all the OTHER night cashiers (she lets them work until a half hour before close, so they leave at 830pm instead of 930, and when the hours change and they'd be leaving at 930pm instead of 1030pm), then she can have my apron and name tag. I'm not gonna waste my gas driving out there for one day a week and I won't work Saturdays.

Gotta clean up after the chicks.. that brooder gets dirty fast.

Cammie beef is still not out of the question. Longhorn and Holstien are both very lean. And Bison is just incredable if cooked right.

Good grass fed beef of most types is lean also and cooked on the grill it is heavenly, not tasteless like the feedlot beef.

I am pretty certain that ramen has MSG. Most asian cuisine has MSG in it, in fact I have some family members and a best friend from Thailand and a few more from China, and we buy MSG as an ingredient for most of the food cooked. It is similar to a spice, it adds a certain flavoring and it is in most of the asian foods.

I am not sure what exactly is going on, but I would really research the conditions you are being told online and find everything out you can. I always look for natural, holistic and food remedies. I am pretty certain you can still eat any raw vegetable or fruit, which is really good for you body than any processed foods and can help bring your body back to its natural state.

faerie - Oh gosh, the horrors of pre-holiday work... I'm so sorry you're havin to deal with all that. Now I understand why you sympathized so well when I posted about my dumb jobs.

Les - Oh I will not stop eating beef! We actually still have quite a bit of meat left from one of our Angus cows, and it usually doesn't even need to be drained when browned! The thing I have to watch for there is MSG in seasonings. *sigh* Clark is good about watching that for me at home, but eating out will be hard. Guess that's why he's willing to buy the groceries, he's thinking he can't take me out anymore.

Thanks again for the links. I kind of went into a panic when I started looking through our food here at the house. But now I'm craving Soy Milk, and I've never even had it. I've always wanted to try tofu, now I have an excuse!
