Last night we went to the Auction and thought we were going to only bid on tack and other stuff (ya know the stuff you have a million of already - haha)
Well, to make a long story short we came home with a "Llama"! We names her Tina; we got the idea from the movie Napoleon Dynamite.

... she is absolutely adorable, curious, young (8-10 months old) and prefers not to be rained upon - lol. Fotos to come on our website.

Goodnews! The soccer tournament got cancelled due to rain & the fields standing in water. So I will spend my weekend taking care of myself & getting caught up on some much needed rest.

Graduation is next week for my oldest so I will be working on that too.

well i think we are offically a farm now we have a horse 2 new baby goats chickens ducks an geese.a lady gave us 2 full blood nubian billys yesterday.i hope the bottle feeding wont be much longer.them things can eat.they are already 8 weeks old an eating pelleted food.

I just got back from the mud n' poop palace. I need to go to Al's training school so I can build a chicken estate like his. Mud and poop free.

Hi Sooner, Glad you are around when I decided to pop in.

I have got to get rid of some chicks or find a chick sitter for a few days. We are going on a mini vacation to Texas at the end of the month.

I knew this was coming but I hatched chicks anyway. Not so bright even if my dad still calls me son.
Where has ewveryone been hiding? When I get on it is usually a barren wasteland. I try not to take it personally.

Kronk has been staying in his cave. Something about twirling invisible wind that tears stuff up.

I don't know where the other guy is. I am sure he will resurface when he is needed.

Monty and Buckguy are usually always together. Just don't usually post at the same time.

For all of you newbies don't try to figure this post out.

The veterans here know of whom I speak.
I wish I could go to Fletcher tomorrow night. I might try and get away from here if I can.

Did you see where that guy caught a 78 pound flathead on a crankbait and 14 lb test line? New state rod and reel record.
I helped my grandpa pull an 81 pounder off a trot line when I was about 12.

no i missed it.my buddy Puncher has been catching 25 to 40 lb blues an 30 to 70 lb flat heads up here on the river.using black perch.they pulled all the lines this morning to keep the flood water from tearing them out.they have got over 400 lbs of fish in the last 3 weeks ofr trotlining.i brought home a gallon bag packed today.

Ok, I have a question..... Has anyone ordered from Nature's Hatchery? I did and am not sure it is something I will ever do again. My order was not sent on time or even the time the guy I talked to said it would last week. The turkeys which they assured me were not from Ideal, were directly from Ideal and they sent me the wrong birds. So if anyone is interested, I have some silver laced cochins and standard partridge cochins chicks for sale. I also have what appear to be some sexlinks and rhode island reds. Just let me know other wise I will probably be bringing them to auction tomorrow night.

Yes I am going to Doc and Peaches auction!
