When I left the house, I had 12 RIR hatched and 4 Seramas. I am happy with this hatch. I came home from POOPS with 4 dozen RIR. Some where cracked when I got them and a few got damaged on the way home. I put 3 dozen eggs into lockdown yesterday. Most of the unhatched eggs have started hatching. They are pipped or zipped already. I still have 6 Serama eggs that haven't hatched. One was fully zipped when I left, but hadn't popped out. A few of the others have pipped, but not zipped. I am current sitting in the exam room waiting for shot in the rear. Anyone wanna come hold my hand? I have a feeling it will be painfull to sit for the rest of the day. If the new meds don't work, the doctor is going to do a full workup with xrays and bloodwork. I have been on antibiotics for 2 weeks and am not getting any better. Wish me luck. I have a feeling I am going to need it.

Morning okies! or afternoon!

spent the morning at the dentist- so a bit woozy

have 3 silkies need homes- blame it on my banty cochin girl, i'm in

can't remember who i got her from, but she stole my heart!

want to focus on the banty cochins- so want to get a couple banty cochin pullets-

Dave finished the banty shack, an A frame, so they are outside now- really like how it came out

and the survivor of the dog attack... Miss jewel has become dave shadow, moves pretty good, a bit of a limp on the right side, but a beatiful girl- he was sharing with her some popcorn last nite, she will hop up on the back of his chair, he has a towel there and she will watch his computer screen... really too sweet

ok, meds are kicking in- so off to bed with me.... have a good one guys!

I am tired, but still functioning somewhat. Not sleeping good at night. Lots of tossing and turning. But got to get it together, we have a sale this saturday. We have a lot of birds already consigned. We have Americaunas, Buff Brahmas, Black langshans, Columbian wyandottes, Rhode Island Reds, White Leghorns, Black australorps, Sexlinks, and about 30 more that I havent pin pointed yet.

I wish I could come to your sale but it isn't meant to be! I hope things settle down for you & you start to sleep better. I know lack of sleep can really put you in a tailspin.
