Today is going to be pretty. I hope we dont get anymore earthquakes. I was in the shower and was trying to figurre out what in the world Carl was doing to make the house shake when he came in there and said did you feel that. Took him by surprise too.

People Of Oklahoma Poultry Swap

Basically all of us BYCers get together to visit, get to know one another face to face. And trade or sell birds. It is loads of fun.

I have to go to the grocery store. So if you see me on here before I announce "I am back from the store", it is not me. It is an imposter that is usinig my screenname and not telling anyone that he is the one typing. Dont listen to him.... He has been known to lie about his identity, sell my birds when Im not looking, and buy kids candy when their parents say no......LOL

He is a good guy..... We fight sometimes but i think its cause he starts to think he is in charge.... LOL... J/K
He is not taking care of his arm, and he wont let me.... He mumbles something about not being able to do want he wants or needs to do when I wrap it.... Oh well, I think Im going to find a way to put a cast on it when he it sleeping, let him try to take that off!

If I had a structure like that available to use, I would. It's very frustrating.

My bf said he'd try to take off work at lunch today to see if he can exterminate the problem.

The last bird was fully eaten except for one leg & some of the skin of the saddle area.

This must be CARL!!!! STeph's gonna get ya!

Maddie gets me in enough trouble without you helping her!

I'll make a deal with you, if I bring her & let her get what she wants, you have to come build cages for everything she gets!

I'm so sorry I missed the chat last night - was working at the OKC Thunder pre-season game here in Tulsa - almost died of boredom. Enjoyed reading all the posts and seeing all the photos!

I felt the earthquake in downtown Tulsa - I had just let Titus the dog in the house and he ran by and picked up his stuffed raccoon toy, then disappeared into the living room. I felt the earthquake but in my mind it was Titus running around shaking that toy on the hardwood floors, and I didn't have any radio or TV on so I didn't know what it really was until later.

Jack the Man just called to say he'll take me to see the Secretariat movie today...whee!! I have a great boyfriend. I let the chickens out of their run early this morning - need to try to trick them into going back inside before I leave the house to run errands.

I was sound asleep and the bed shook so hard that in my sleepy state I just knew that somehow my grandson had come in and jumped on the bed. I came awake enough to recognize that the room was still shaking, but I was the only one there so I knew it was an earthquake and went back to sleep. I was a little surprised at how long the bed and room shook.
