You have found a wonderful group of folks who either live in Oklahoma or wish they lived in Oklahoma.

Is your hen laying eggs yet? If her eggs are blue/green/pink and she has puffy cheek feathers, she is an Easter Egger or EE - since a full ameracauna will be a solid or splash color and won't have a different colored breast.

Yes Sooner I will be there!
Alyou need some color in them birds, makes them more exciting!lol
Well I have some more Demolition to do today. The guy that built the building was like me,he used a lot of nails! I had hoped to salvage some lumber but it's only coming apart in splinters! hope the weather stays as nice as it was yesterday.Iam having tv withdrawals!

Wayne, good I was wondering~ I will look to make sure I haven't deleted my instructions on how to get there. I have several roo's that I will be bring to get rid of for someone else to feed.

Donnie~ How late does the auction usually run on Friday nights??? Should I call ahead to get a sellers number so I am not last in line??

AL~ Glad you are staying busy!!! I also agree with Wayne, you need some color man! LOL.

I've a program to stop DH and the kids from messing up the pc. Every time it's shut down, it asks if you want to keep changes. If not, it wipes everything out back to the last time you said yes. A virus, accidental deletion, whatever, completely undone in minutes. Sounds great, right?

Well, a transformer blew out this AM and I've lost everything since Monday AM. Emails, updates......all gone. Stupid electricity!

I think the only really important thing I lost was your email and # Maribeth.

Peaches - When you get a chance, can you post dinner info: start times, items you still need, etc.? I know dessert is usually served last, but some folks eat in a hurry, and I want the pies to be on the table before anyone starts asking for them. I was planning to leave Haskell around 11:30, which puts me in Fletcher around 2:30, maybe 3:00. Is that early enough? Will we be indoors, or should I wear thermals and bring a big coat?

I'm really looking forward to seeing folks and visiting before the auction. Keep us updated if you get more consignments.

Are you on the G free diet?? I have considered it. The betty crocker g free brownies are awesome! Also Pamela's Pancake mix that is G free is the most scrumptous ever!

Yes, I've been gluten free for years, had to not by choice. Can't imagine anyone CHOOSING gluten free. It is a very hard thing to do, gluten is in so many things you never think about, even some spices, potatoe chips, almost everything processed. It is very expensive to bake gluten free, you need multiple flours for anything you make each flour costs $4-$8 per 1lb bag, plus xantham and guar gum. When I first started I just did not eat anything made of flour (pasta, bread, pastry) and I would have sold my first born (if I had one) for a yeast roll!!!!!!!!! Since then I have experimented w/ making/buying gluten free. I buy the pasta, but not the spagehtti, just can't find one worth eating.

Bottom line is if you need to for health reasons, you won't believe the change, how amazing it is to be mostly pain free, and not dread eating. If you are thinking it is "healthier" their are much easier and less costly ways of eating healthy.
