Oklahoma law states that if a dog is caught killing poultry or other livestock, the owner can be forced to euthanize the dog and pay damages. I don't have time to find the statute right now, but it is in the agriculture section of the statutes.
where do i look for that , and ill search for it , because i have silkies , bantam cochins , lavender orpingtons , coronation split sussex , ameraucanas , welsummers , blue andalusians , white and brown leghorns , nn , EE , several oegb varieties and more that need replaced ..... i know i cant get all of them replaced due to me burning what bodies i have found , but it will be good to have a copy on hand for future reference
