Kassaundra - have you considered making custards to use the extra eggs?
I have a large bucket of eggs that has been in the frig for at least a month. I think I will mix them with some dog food and feed them to the dog. Eggs over her dogfood is the only way she will eat it anyway.

I expect anyone can enter as long as the rif-raf has the money for the entry fee they are welcome.
