how totally cool is that! Hey for everyone that is coming we are also asking for donations of food for the concession stand would help me out alot. now a few people have already donated food and I want to thank you a bunch for that. Also I want to say a big thank you to everyone who has helped with the advertisment and flyer posting and gettting the word out. So a great big THANK YOU!

Well to update, Economy Trailer & Feed and A-Z Gifts donated so the raffle items just keep coming!

This is going to be great guys....and next year is going to be even better!

well folks I have news but at the present time I am not sure if it will end up good or bad.

I recevied a call from my cousin who is helping with the chickenstock and the barn and she said that we may not even be able to get the barn now due to some break ins and damage from the break ins. At the moment we are still waiting for more information and as I recevie it I will update the post, If we are unable to get the barn due to damage being repaired what we will do is reschedule the chickenstock for september when it will be a little cooler. But as of right now we will stick with the main schedule for june 7th until otherwise stated.

I will keep you updated on the news.

well the fair board owns all of it so when you rent you get all the barns at the grounds. But we are still working on gettting it and I have the 100.00 for the deposit. so that is takin care of now and we will pay for the barn out of what is collected from donations and raffles and then what is left over after that we will give to the 4-H.
