OMG. I'm so WEAK!!!!

I had to do weaning to. And still to this day I have to go to the Mini Mart and get me a big ole fountain "diet coke" with a splash of coca cola and let me tell you it makes a BIG differance, it makes it taste sweeter with way LESS calories!

But hey who says you can't drink your 3 bottles of water and drink your 12 oz of coca cola, it's all about not moderation and not letting depriving yourself of the things you really want, that's why diets fail. (unless of coarse your Dr says NO way have to quit cold turkey)

It's way better to have it in moderation than deprive yourself and devore everything in site because you didn't let yourself have what you really wanted.

I've never heard of that tape, but I do enjoy Walk Away the Pounds, it's a really a good work out for in the house and rainy days!
 
So...today I have had:

1 thing of Peach fizzy water from Wal-Mart
2 turkey sandwiches (with spinach)
1 TINY pizza (I'm talking maybe 4" wide)

3 cups of V8 Splash Fusion (diet!!!!)

AND....a 32 oz. Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper

But the rest was water! I SWEAR!!!

(I'm debating having a Special K bowl of cereal...)

So far...the diet is an epic fail.
