Did he make a suggestion of which vitamin(s) to give?

For me, looking at what you have in the photos, I would use the Carmino+ Looks like good stuff. I would also give a little plain water too.

He also said I should keep using the Carmino and just add about 1/4 of the contents of one selenium tablet.

She’s try her best to get up and balance herself but she’s still all over the place. Vet said it all depends on whether or not her body os actually able to absorb vitamin E.

I’m really really hoping that she’ll survive this.
At what point in time should I really start seeing a difference?

I would give her a little time to see if the vitamins help. Hopefully you will see improvement in a couple of days.
Sometimes chicks respond well to vitamin therapy and other times they may have more going on and fail to thrive.
