I have 3 "females" ducklings (sexed from the hatchery) that are around 5-6 weeks old. A few days ago we noticed the Rouen picking on the buff and I had to pull 2 broken blood feathers. I have separated them completely, and outside (we keep them outside during the day now) we have a board dividing their coop, one side has the pond so we give them both time in that side but when we switch sides, the Rouen runs after my buff and pecks her instantly and I had to pull another broken blood feather. She has also picked on my Cayuga but not to that extent. What should I expect or do for the future? Any hope they will be able to coexist?

they can still be females even if they fight. are they all the same age? they can be fighting for dominance
I know, they are just too young for me to know for sure if they are all female at their age. And I was only given one hatch date but do believe the Rouen is slightly older.
