One hen had bloody vent and other has bloody diarrhea with probably worm! Help!

I put a finger in her vent only 2,5 cm deep and i could feel an egg. I'm preparing a warm bath for her and then i'm going to put some petrollum jelly inside her vent

It was 1am when i gave her bath and dried her . i also gave her this no spa pill (1/4 of a pill) so the muscles can relax maybe. It is 7.35 am now and she hasnt laid an egg but she doesnt look very bad. She drinked and ate some food and water and went to the nest. Shes sitting in it currently. Yesterday when putting her to sleep (before bathing etc) she jumped 3 times on the fence that keeps her from the rest of the basement. She was trying to roost on it but she stopped when i turned the light off. I hope shw gets better

The egg is still there. I have just checked and oiled inside of her vent with petrollum jelly and outside aswell. I am going to give her no spa and maybe do her another bath

I am going to give her no spa
What is "no spa"?

She needs extra calcium for better muscle tonus and stronger contractions, so until you get the tablets, you could pulverize several eggshells and add them to some scrambles egg for her.

no spa is a medicine you use in order to relax muscles (i think stomach etc, kids can even pee themselves after it)

I don't know this, but it might work against the calcium effect as she needs to be able to contract her muscles as strong as possible to expel the egg.

So should i stop giving it to her?

What exactly is the ingredients?

I cannot tell you what to do, but that is what I would do, as I suspect it to impede the beneficial effect of the calcium, and keep her in this deplorable condition and might even make it worse.

It is very important for her to get extra calcium now.

Relaxing warm soaking baths of 10-15 minutes and then keeping her warm afterwards should be enough.

Okay. I have just contacted a vet. Fortunatelly he can give her an injection. In 3,5 hours i have to call him and she's probably going to get the injection, so i won't bother her right now (or should i?).

An hour ago i put her in isolated run and she was walking, scratching and foraging a bit, but from time to time she was trying to expel the thing. I don't know what is this weird thing sticking out when she's squatting (i mean the position when trying to expell the poop or egg), but when i put my finger inside, i can feel the round shell just about 2 centimeter deep.

I don't have calcium pills so i gave her for the time being some egg shells. She's sitting in nest mostly when isolated in the basement but outside as i said she was walking etc. Hopefully the injection will do its job
